Blob's Incredible Plan is the 8th episode of the first season of The Dreamstone (and the 8th of the show overall). It first aired in the UK the 13th of November 1990.

After being the test subject to Urpgor's interrogation device, Blob decides to exact revenge upon the scientist; he will steal his new Molemobile vehicle and use in his own independent scheme to steal The Dreamstone. After brown nosing, Blob (with Frizz and Nug forcibly in tow) convince Urpgor to let them test the device, before tunnelling out of his lab with the indignant scientist unable to do anything but tell Zordrak.
The squad make several wrong turns around the Land of Dreams, and while examining the Wuts, are caught out unaware by Pildit, who informs The Dream Maker. Rufus decides to fool the trio by creating a fake stone out of a magical concoction and leaving it out in the place of the original. Blob's men eventually make it to the tower and take the bait. The fun isn't over however, and before the three can retreat, the Dream Maker traps them in his imagination wall to toy with them a little more. Finally released, they return to Viltheed where they are confronted over their theft. Zordrak's tone lightens when he sees the Dreamstone, until it pops in a ray of sunshine and laughter. All three are sentenced to the interrogation device as punishment, much to Urpgor's delight.
